2 10inch subs behind seats

I'm trying to put 2 10 inch subs behind my back seats of my 2016 Tacoma, I had some 10 inch planet audio on my 2012 Tacoma but im trying to get some better brand and quality subs for my new taco, I went to a shop and they told me they have to be shallow subs for this new Tacoma

 

I am running one 10" kicker compRt shallow mount and couldn't be happier.

 

Yea i was thinking about doing that also but i wasn't really sure how it would sound

 

I am happy with it. Everyone thinks that I have 2 10s. So you might be good with that one kicker comp rt

 

Oh ok how much did your set up run you for??

 

Don't have to run shallow mount, just have to find subs that fit the mounting depth, which is limiting. I have run an Image Dynamics ID10 and a Morel Ultimo SC10 behind the seat in my 2013. Haven't done the stereo install on my 17 yet but same seat depth minus the vent.
