I've read over and over that the biggest tire on a stock 2nd gen is 265/75-16 so i decided to go with the KO2's in that size but when i try and check out at tirerack.com a bunch of warnings pop up that i need a lift with these tires and what not. Can anyone clarify for me? Going with Walker evans 16" legacy's.

Will i need spacers, trimming(preferably not), any advice would be great

Tell tirerack to sukadik and get the tires. They'll fit.

My boy runs 265/70 17 on his and it rubbed but not too bad then he put a 2.5 lift and it was good to go and it's pretty easy to put one on and cheap to buy

Depends on the tire and wheel, but it's a safe bet you won't rub.

If in an extreme off road situation with lots of flexing you might get some minor rubbing. But in "normal" driving, even off road, you'll not have any problems.
