Hope someone might be able to help me out with a diagnosis.

Yesterday, I noticed a slight squeak while driving. Just thought it was the leafs and is what it is. But, after driving some more as well today, it's gotten much worse noise wise. I had someone turn my steering wheel and I tried to locate the problem. At first I thought it was underneath my skid, but after listening some more, seemed to be coming from my front passenger tire.

After doing some more research on here, seems many say it is the UCA BJ. I had Icon tubular ICA's installed back in Late July/Early August and I installed some Tri-Flow lube and the billet caps from Icon.

I removed the caps and cleaned the ball joint as well as re-Applying some lube. Below is a video (hopefully you can see it) of the issue I am having. Again, this video was shot after re-applying lube.

Truck has only 12.XXX miles on it and with the recent installation of the UCA's, I have absolutely no idea what it could be. Any help is greatly appreciated.
