LED 7440NALL perfect but will not fit..

End is slightly too large for hole.

Work perfect white DRL until you hit turn then yellow..

File down hole or end???

Thoughts insight.

I had the same problem with some cheap chinese leds a few years ago. It was extremely tight but with enough wiggling i finally got it in. Seemed fine for a few month until the bulb crapped out. When i went to remove the bulb, the entire end fell INTO the housing. I assure you i didnt hulk remove it either. You dont know struggle untill you spend 4 hours trying to get something too big to fit through a hole (insert joke here).

Long story short, throw that shit away and get something smaller.
