Hello all, curious if anyone has a list of customizable options available via Techstream for the 2015 Tacoma. Things like auto lock the doors, activate alarm, program keys.....I took it to the dealer and they said there were really nothing they could program with techstream like that.

I was looking for the same thing. I did find a 2016 version but who knows if it's worth anything to me or you.
I know the dealer can change the door unlock/lock.

I was told they cannot change the lock option on mine. Seems like you should be able to.

I talked to Toyota. Alarm has to be installed. Stupid.

+1. Techstream options are fairly limited which is definitely stupid.

I used techstream to program the chip on my flip key when I got it. Turned off the seat belt beeper with it. Also read the codes for my TPMS tire sensors. You can use techstream to enter new TPMS sensor codes (you need to have the codes written down). This can be great for folks that have winter tires. Someone on TW posted the procedure for the TPMS codes. There are a few more things you can do on a Camry with Techstream.
