Charlou Gap... anyone?

Not sure on the diff... I'd expect the CVs to go before the diff gears broke. Oh well, these things happen. Cool trail though.

 

Excellent update. Anything real tight? I had thought about joining/running in the PW.

 

We passed these guys...

Hahah, they mentioned us... and their pics are better! We had to do some shelf road dancing to get by them as we limped out.

EDIT: The trail is too tight for a full size truck. There would be considerable body damage.

 

The spiders gears in the 7.5" diffs get broken kind of easily. It's a bummer.

 

Does that mean the ring and pinion are probably still good?

 

Any one want to run this trail in Dec maybe 17-18? I ran it solo a year ago on 33s backwards but id like to run it again only going the normal direction.

 

I should be free that weekend. I'll have a better idea as it gets closer.

 

Good deal Ill probably post something once it gets closer, ill be running all the trails I can in AZ between 12-19 dec, maybe a couple of days before and/or after but knowing most people work during the week so I want to save a worthwhile trail for the weekend
