God dammit my friend just had to link me that sad song/scene from Clannad (After Story) today. Just to mess with me.

If you've never watched it, don't watch it unless you want to cry salty bitch tears. Like there's not even any shame in it, it is a work specifically designed to crush your feels.

You don't even have to be a dad, it will break you. You will be a grown-ass man curled up in the fetal position weeping.

Nice! I still haven't got very far into it. Just no time to sit down and really get into Anime these days.

I really liked Space Battleship Yamato 2199, the updated version of StarBlazers.

    Any recommendations for something similar?

Sorry man. I rarely use these streaming sites anymore. I just searched real fast and started one to see of it worked. I got 2 or 3 pop ups.

News groups are way more useful and safer.

    This works too.

No worries, I'm hoping it will come to Amazon Prime or something soon. Amazon will usually have new episodes, but you have to pay for them, but worth it for this show.

btw, saw this yesterday and wanted to share

I had a hard time with the "too much plot, not enough fight scenes" style that a lot of the series have, I highly recommend Iron Blooded Orphans, full series of both seasons is available on YouTube. more fight scenes, less depressing backround

I started with G Gundam, a friend liked it in high school and we would catch episodes here and there. Plenty of fighting to see. I followed that with the entire Gundam Wing collection (still my favorite) and then went to Mobile Suit Gundam (original) and have been following the U.C. Timeline since. Currently on Gundam Unicorn, and before that I got all of Gundam 00 (which was pretty much the same plot as Wing). I did watch the first episode of Iron Blooded Orphans and it looks very good. The only complaint I have is the newer series, compared to the older series, are animated in a much faster pace style, which to me makes it hard to follow the fights.
