NY dealerships for frame replacement

I've head that there's a dealership don near Binghamton with a bunch of good frames and that they're more than willing to do the frame recall/replacement (and that they're good at getting Toyota to pay for it at little cost to you) can anyone corroborate?

 

If it is for your 03 the frame recall only applies if the recall inspection/undercoating has been done previously, extended warranty to 15 yr from in service date. If it wasnt done the warranty extension has expired.

 

I'm not sure. The previous owner was a "stick it to the man" type person. I wouldn't be surprised if he did it himself because it does look undercoated with something.

I'll have to give them a call! I need to get my frame checked before putting a lift on it but I want to find a place that would be "enthusiastic" about replacing it if it wasn't good to go.

 

You can call the dealer with your VIN and they can check or I can do it as well.
