Made this today, I took inspiration from the Iggy panel but needed something more geared towards my needs and since I have to tools in front of me I figured I'd bang it out. I'm revising it and making a second panel that has smaller slits in it. There's a CB speaker behind the panel and the slits will have mesh screen behind it to prevent from sticking. There are two 10-32 threaded holes in the top corners that I can screw a piece into it to remove the panel.

This is just a test fit - I'll be wrapping it in Satin Black vinyl to match the rest of the interior as I black it all out. I might just spray paint it satin black as well but we will see.

This idea most likely wouldnt apply to you, but if you looking for something to mass produce...

Before i had rear leafs replaced via recall i used to literally use at least a can of lubricant a week on springs a week to keep the creeking noise level down low enough to where neighbors wouldnt call the cops and make a loud noise complaint! LOL! I put some aluminum strips between the bottom 2 leafs on each side with the ends of the aluminum curled up, killed noise for at least 6 months! Was well worth it to me at the time!

I also think the idea someone else mentioned about either putting custom emblems on OEM wheels center caps or, (i like this one better) putting custom made 'OEM' emblems on aftermarket wheels! If I used aftermarket wheels, id buy OEM badges for center caps in a second! Everyone would want to know how you got those Toyota TRD wheels! "Never seen those before!"

Here's a idea billet UCA's cheaper than a grand. Im sure if you sold them for say $500 to $650 they would sell super fast. I didn't read through the whole thread so if this was already mentioned I apologize.
