    Did a little exploring up in the Sierra's this past weekend. First major snow fall of the season at lower elevations. Had a blast playing with the off road tech on the TRD OR. Love how this truck allows me to get off the beaten path.

    Damn, nice to see another member from San Diego!
    Unfortunately mine is not 4x4... (yes theres some buyers remorse) but I did just fine with my 2004 Tacoma DC (also not 4x4) and I ended up not getting 4x4 with my 3rd gen but it's held up fine. I'm sure sand and tight surf spots might be a different story.

    I used to live in Baja (Ensenada) so I've done a lot of running around in Baja and know how gnarly some trails can be without 4x4
