Just brought home a 2014 Tacoma last night. It only has 28100 miles and is certified pre-owned. I was lurking the forum here for about a week before the purchase so I made sure to look under the body for rust, and this one looked really good compared to a few others I saw.

I traded in a Subaru Forester XT that I had done a stage 2 mod on, and lowered an inch along with other suspension mods. So this is a big change for me. I really loved that car, but it was starting to cost me money and I've had more and more reasons to need a truck so now was the time, although I will miss running full boost through twisty back roads.

As for as mods go I already ordered a Gator Tri-Fold tonneau cover based on some recommendations seen here. Thinking about jumping on the TRD Pro wheels that trdshop has on sale bc I'm used to running winter and summer tires on my Forester (and lets face it they look MUCH better than the stock steelies), heated mirrors are probably next since they look relatively easy, and then heated seats bc I am going to really miss those this winter.

Truck will get a good run this weekend as the wife and I are going up to the Finger Lakes for the Deck The Halls weekend on the wine trail. I might be making use of the bed on the way home to bring back more than a couple cases of wine.
