Mikes a good dude. They are all pretty good to work with and I agree very good customer service. They will have my business unless its a brand preference. Sorry about the damage though thats a let down.

Nginerd, Looks good I was trying to put my in last night. I have having trouble getting the lower shock bolt in, it seems to be just a little off. What was your tick for getting that in?

You can try a screwdriver wedged into the bottom and pry it into place since its just a little bit off. Maybe wrap it with electrical tape or something if you're worried about scratching them.

How did you guys make sure that top bolt and bushing is centered in the hole? I've got a clunk back there and I'm pretty sure it's because that top bolt isn't centered in the factory hole. The shocks are impossible to compress so it's not like a normal shock that's easy to install.

You sure its not axle wrap? Also, you don't want to overtighten the top nut. Could be that it was overtightened and cause a rip in the bushing which could cause ur shock to move back and forth

Oh yeah for sure. It's over bumps with no acceleration. Not over tightened either. I had this issue with my OME kit that I didn't tighten correctly. Granted it was the front but you get the idea. I can see they aren't centered if I remove the top nut. One seems more seated than the other as well.

Well, one thing is to make sure the notched side of the bushing is facing towards the mount so it can slip inside the mount slightly. The pressure should then keep the bushing from moving any more.

Yep it is installed that way. But with how much pressure those shocks have no amount of tighten is going to make the shock centered. The bushing is just going to squish on top of it. Maybe it's something else clunking. I just figured shocks since I'm pretty sure they aren't centered.

Honestly, there really isnt any forward momentum on the shock so it shouldn't move forward/backward. Shocks really only move up and down. Also make sure the bottom bolt is torqued correctly. Mine was making a lil clunk when i forgot to tighten the bottom bolt properly.
