As the title states. Ill upload a picture first thing tomorrow morning when there is light.

Yeah didnt notice I had paint on my truck until I washed it and there undoubtfully is white paint on the bottom of my truck and nerf bars.

I got most of it off of my doors using goo gone with a towel, however it took hours and only got my two doors. Does anyone know of a more efficient way to do this?

If its latex paint use denatured alcohol. If oil based use paint thinner. Use in an inconspicuous spot first, as I don't know what your bars are coated with, and the thinner could remove the coating. If they're powder coated,or bed liner then they should be fine.

@toycoma 2016 The paint that was used looked like something from a can. I could scrap it off with my finger nail if that makes since. So im not sure which to use. Could i sand the paint off or would that mess up the black paint of the nerf bars?

Well if from a can, and will scrape off easily, more than likely latex. I definitely would not sand. Would scratch terribly at the least.

@toycoma 2016 So just get a can of denatured alcohol, get some on a towel, and rub away like the goo gone did essentially? Also, im assuming anything on the plastic parts of the truck are stuck.

That's right. The paint should come off the plastic too.

Assuming that it actually is latex paint, this procedure should work
