    This leads me to believe they are already Stateside and have been for a long enough time that we should all have them by now. He has already made contact with everyone involved and I am sure part of the confirmation he is getting will involve some sort of timeline. Tying this into stuff Max said, it sounds like someone was either confused about paying or refused to pay to get them released from the port (or a combination).

    I think Bob has done a hell of a job wrangling this herd of cats. I am sure Max is relieved Bob took this over. Obviously Max didn't have to proper motivation or intestinal fortitude to handle things the way they should have been (like getting vessel, container, and port info, although I am sure he had it, but didn't want to release it knowing it was in port and the snorkels weren't getting released for some time after).

    @tcBob I want to say thank you for stepping up and making sure none of us got screwed. But I would also like to ask for a little transparency here...

    When @mahaloTaco posted his ass hat of a comment and tried to change the parameters of the group buy. Most people wanted out. Only about 7 people actually said they still wanted the snorkel regardless, 60 other individuals either wanted a refund, a snorkel within a short time period or a refund, and many didn't care enough to comment so why wasn't the first priority putting a stop to this whole shit show and refunding everyone? At that point it may not have been an option, but I would like to know why...

    also since apparently refunds are off the table. once the snorkels arrive in the US, who is responsible for shipping them to each of us members?

    Again, you rock! My first born may or may not have the middle name, tcbob... Thank you for taking the time and stepping in to facilitate this group buy. But your posts of been very vague... You also said that "sometimes it's not pleasant to see how the sausage gets made" which is inferring that there is something shady going on behind the curtain. I'm trying to take comfort in the fact that "made" is past tense..

    I would appreciate complete and total honesty, we are (edit: mostly) all adults here. If for some reason you can't give specific details, just tell us why... I would except that too
