I'm going to be powder coating the stock 16" x 7" alloy rims on my 2017 SR5 which currently have the stock 245 75 R16 tires on them, and eventually I want to install some 265 70 R16's to keep the tire diameter close to that of the 245's.

From what I've found looking at tire sizing charts, you can mount a 265 70 R16 on a 7" width rim as the approved rim width range for this tire is 7" to 9". So with the stock height suspension is their going to be any rubbing issues with the 265 70 R16 tires.

    Thanks.

The truck with a different options package came from factory with 265 70 r16 on those same rims. You are okay.
