Taking the king rear shocks off tomorrow to see what I can do with them there is a pretty good chance I will be selling the to get longer ones. Will keep you guys posted if anyone is in the market for some bad ass shocks. They are dam near new

So, mounted my RTT back up. Have a buddy from the Marines flying in on next Thurs night. Throwing out gear in my truck & leaving before sun up on Friday. Driving damn near to OKC to grab another Marine we know, probably sleeping in the RTT before we grab him in the AM though.
Sat AM after we get him, booking it to Camp, Arkansas to meet up with 3 other Marines at our buddy's grave. Plan to cook steaks, drink scotch, and smoke cigars together all night as we remember our buddy's life & the sacrifice that he (and others) made when we were in Fallujah in '04. Sunday morning, going to make or grab some chow in Arkansas somewhere (trying to get out of the cemetery before the church goers show up on Sunday AM), then head back to OKC to see another Marine's grave that we know from our old platoon who had OD'd in 2006.
Dropping off the local OKC Marine, then my buddy (the original one who flies out on thurs) and I are headed to Dallas to see his cousin, and going to try to get to the George W. Bush Presidential Library while we are there. From there, headed to the Grand Canyon so he can see it (gonna be cold AF), then back home.

Should be a fun little 3000ish mile trip!

Exactly where I thought about putting the lights! The trasharoo is bad ass and will get a ton of use on hunting/camping trips.

 

What lights are those??

 

Audew is the brand. Basically just a strip that's wired to a little battery pack with an on/off switch. Perfect for the inside of the tent. I can roll them up and leave them in one of the pockets so they will always be there and not forgotten at home.

Damn, would rather have those over a luminoodle I'm sure, but would rather have the USB plug for the power.

 

These small strips draw so little power I bet I can get a full years worth of camping on one set of batteries (3 AA) I don't leave lights on all the time.

 

Put these on tonight... Not sure how I feel about them yet.

That's good to hear! The nice thing about those trasharoo is they're easy to clean out if something got in it.

It always amazing me that my boss can be up at 6:30am yelling at people on the phone. How the hell do you get so fucking angry at 6:30am? On top of that, he's still yelling at our development team.
