    Yeah it happened twice terrible service department I was pissed. I waited about a month to get the truck and then that happened

    You need to buy your truck from a different dealer. It's very rare to see a vehicle off the production line without oil in it. I would suspect the dealership did something on their end. When you see new vehicles coming in they normally have over 2 miles on the odometer. Some have up to 10 miles on them. The motor would have seized up in that amount of running time. Before the customer ever receives his vehicle a PDS (pre delivery service) is performed and fluid levels are checked. I suspect for some strange reason the dealer drained the oil and never refilled it when brought down from the lift.
