    What's up guys, thanks for letting me join your forum.
    I owned a 2005 tacoma TRD off road and put 250,000 miles on it with zero issues. Treated the truck very abusive to be honest, neglected oil changes, never had an issue. Most reliable vehicle I ever owned. So I am a tacoma fanboy.

    Getting a used four banger today ( 2008 access cab 4x4, 80000 miles, 17000$ including tax) and I'm exited to put many miles on it.


    I work in law enforcement, and am a big gun guy. I love taking the trucks out in the middle of no where to go by hunting and shooting, and I'm exited to have another reliable vehicle to off road with :)

    Getting a manual transmission btw, and my last tacoma was a manual as well.

    At the bank finalizing right now..
    Might need a new clutch and has a minor oil leak, makes a funny sound in reverse.
    Otherwise in great condition..
    Talked the dealership down to 15,500 before tax and fee.

    Well I want to lift it, and put in a sound system.
    But I am probably going to get a detailed inspection and fix any mechanical issues or upcoming issues.

    I think it has a small oil leak, and I might have go mess with the clutch. Sounds a little weak when I start it, might have to look into that too.

    Then after all that..
