Now that I've looked at it on a PC, I'd offer $150k leaving enough $$ to build a 2-3 car external garage/shop. The tankless water heater is huge, if it's a Renai (yes I have one). 3/4 acre in a good school district, maybe worth the investment. $400 in a good home inspector is money well spent.

My advise when buying a home: Look at the house/neighborhood 10-20 years from now. If you wouldn't live there at that point, good chance no one else will either and will have a huge effect on resale. Don't get stuck with a home you can't sell, when you need to. :D

Seriously you put my thoughts into words haha. I'm not sure I could get in that area for 150k though. that is a well developed and non changing area which is why I've been looking there. it will always sell and value should just go up with the new high school being built.

Haha I've seen both of those in my search. I haven't gone to see either in person but I hate when they have such a lack of photos on the website, like...do you actually want to sell? not sure how I feel about having a pool..

I like a pool, as long as it's in good shape. I had one in TN for about 7 years and once I converted it into salt water, it was easy to maintain.

    I agree with the pics.

Figure out your budget and stay within it, so you don't become house poor. A roommate can be a good idea, but you have to find someone you can stand to live with.

Depending on how the pool is setup your electricity cost are going to be a lot higher and + cost and time to maintain the water. I rented a house once with a pool, never will again.

Avg $100 month for me in TN, but that was a higher rate than here.

Does it have a smooth texture or rough? I don't want the rough cause I don't like the look and it seems like it would be a pain to clean

It depends on what psi u apply it. Its not smooth like paint i think i was at 60-70 psi which is actually higher than they recomend if i remeber correctly. It hoses pretty well. Lower psi will produce a really rough texture like linex this is about the texture of drawer liners maybe i cant think of anything else to compare it to.
