Painting / Powder Coating Wheels?

    I'm thinking about painting my wheels and was looking for the best technique. I guess powder coating is also an option. I'm sure there is a thread on here somewhere. Options? Opinions? upload_2016-12-5_9-37-59.jpg

    Powdercoat is great until it gets a scratch and starts to rust under it. I have a set of wheels I'm considering this same question, powdercoat or painting.

    Mine are steel, though, which probably leans me towards painting while aluminum might change things.
