my 2011 Tacoma has a stiff spot when I turn the steering wheel either way when the truck is moving. Any thoughts on this matter?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Lay on the ground behind driver side wheel and visually follow the steering shaft up to the u-joint at the steering rack. Now, spray the living shit out of that u-joint with a penetrating oil. Follow that up with a lithium spray. God speed

Back from the shop, apparently it's the lower u joint on the steering shaft, starting to rust and seize . They told me the only way it could be fix is to replace it .
