I would appreciate any ideas/suggestions about getting a topper that I can use for traveling around the country this Spring & be able to remove after the trip without leaving holes in the bed rail. thanks

I think you have a typo, quicksilver or quicksand? Are you wanting a tonneau or camper top style? I'm gonna get, eventually, the diamondback cover, it's heavy duty and can be easily removed, no holes, just clamps into the rail.

    Yep, you are right, Quicksand!
Looking for a camper type. Is Diamondback the manufacturer?

Diamondback is the manufacturer, but it's a tonneau style. So I guess you won't be looking for that style. I really like it because it's strong enough to carry two 4wheelers on top of it, yet disassembles into 3parts pretty easily.
