    It is classified as a rental. Dealership has to register it as such from the start. Doesnt matter how many miles or weeks/days. It will always be a rental/fleet vehicle.

    My state is different in that I pay at the DMV for taxes. So not entirely out the door.

    Yea, I don't remember the exact difference, around an inch or two, not much, but if you are a tall guy it can make a difference.

    then yeah.. I would take the 2017 easily. just add the thing you want. If you really are getting it a 1000 under invoice it will come out cheaper than the rental price you posted.
