Running lights blink with turn signals

so I have a 2007 dcsb and recently my running lights have started blinking with my turn signals. I have LED bulbs for everything, I don't know if that has anything to so with anything. But I don't know what is causing them to blink so if anyone has had this problem and/or knows how to fix it please let me know, any help is much appreciated!! thanks guys!!
