SOS Rocksliders, All Pro skid plate, Procomp add-a-leaf, Bilstein 5100 @ 1.75", CB, high-lift jack
Outcome was 1 winch is ~$475

20 winches works out to ~$221.75 each

Harbor freight puts there 9500lb winch on sale for $229 and you can get a lifetime warranty & customer service with a mountain less of a headache. Based purely on price you can't beet HF by ordering from China unless you can get 20 friends to go in on the whole thing as a group. Even then you won't get any kind of warranty.
