    Just a FYI.

If you ordered sliders and didn't receive hardware it's because they shipped it in a second flat rate box via USPS. I called today and I was told they did that so the hardware wouldn't be lost in transit.

Yea Mine showed up today in a USPS box, the sliders showed up last week in a UPS truck.

Everything fits, looks good, and is there. My only complaint with RCI was that their response time to questions, voicemails, and phone calls are pretty bad. The product is good.

After days of calling I finally got someone (it usually just went to VM), and she was very helpful. In the past I spoke to Josh, also very helpful. I don't want you guys to think I'm knocking the people there, just slow response times.

I emailed once for an ETA and got a response pretty quick. I emailed when my sliders came in to find out about the hardware and haven't received a response so i called and spoke to a lady today. I just wish I would have been told it was shipping separate. Not a big deal though.

My only real complaint is getting all the damn stickers off of them. Each slider had atleast 5 stickers. That may have been from UPS though. I'm going to have to use a wire wheel to get the packing label off.

Haha yea I fortunately had a paint scraper with a razor blade on it, and mine were bare metal, so I just had at them. I don't think RCI can help that, but damn that glue is annoying.

Mine are bare metal also. Goof Off took care of all the paper stickers but that damn plastic pocket for the packing slip is the bitch. The Goof Off won't penetrate the plastic. Unfortunately I don't have a scraper with a razor blade. Maybe I'll just buy one instead. I used a putty knife and it did good on all but the one.

Got one primed + painted with HD Farm Implement paint. Hoping it holds up pretty well.

I spoke with Josh this morning, and he let me know that as of last week all orders were shipped.

Thank you for making this GB a large success.

Anyone order a bed rack? Am I missing something here (no pun)?

I'm running all RCI skids on my truck including sliders and ordered a bed rack over Thanksgiving. It finally arrived and with absolutely zero hardware. What happened to quality control?

I just don't get it. We moved a trip from last weekend because of no bedrack and now no hardware. I feel RCI makes a quality product but I don't understand how items go out like that. It seems they've became too busy or grown too fast.

Sorry for the rant but I just don't have any tolerance for things as simple as this.

Edit: I didn't order through this GB just noticed it seems to be a common occurance.

Hardware has been coming in a separate box through USPS. Some people on T4R were talking about it a couple weeks ago.

You're correct it went flat rate usps... we don't have a mail box at our house but fortunately it's sitting at our local post office. I understand things happen, they just need to be communicated when plans change.
