Good to know. I'll see if I can find a cheap solution for mounting then.

Ran the power supply and a airline out the vent plug in the bottom of the cab. Put a quick connect in the cubby in the bed for my air supply needs. The tank I have is the ARB tank and has been working fine so far. I also have extra airline, fittings, and quick connects in a tool bag that I have dedicated specifically for my Air On Board needs. The quick connect you are requiring about above is the ARB quick connect. If you go for that brand make sure you get the right one. They have two different sizes, one is the JIC4 male fitting and the other is the 1/4 NPT male. If part numbers are needed I can scrounge them up. I am not running the manifold but am planning on running it down the road when I get around to regearing and adding lockers. I have the SwitchPro and it still needs to be installed. If wanted I can get other pics of the completed setup.

Compressor has to be connected to the battery. Spod cannot handle that kind of load. But the Spod can be used to turn the compressor on and off.

Fuck tubing. I am using air lines from Coilhose Pneumatics. They survive on my job sites for years, so they should handle living under my truck. And cheap fittings to connect them to my disconnects

oba.jpgHere is my set up behind the seat. The switch is on the dash and I have to lift the hood and turn on circuit breaker to power up for now. I want to change up the power to work on acc/ignition later on.

Has two 40 amp fuses. At 29 psi draws 25 Amos per motor. I have 8 gauge wire for it because I am mounting in rear of bed.

I spoke with ARB today. Of course they confirmed that the manifold isn't needed but did mention that if you hook in a quick connect directly to the unit that the quick connect would heat up a decent amount after a full tire inflate. They said with an air hose connect to that it would slowly wear out the hose due to the heat. Having the manifold is supposed to help cool the air.
