    Hi everybody,

I'm new here , I wonder if there is a place that I could find TRD Pro wheels in Canada or a replica.

I didn't buy them. I have a habit of searching "2016 Tacoma" into kijiji frequently

I'd buy them with a deal saying that if the mounting is difficult due to balance - you get your money back. Replicas are excellent today (many of them). I had them on my Audi's and all were perfect.

    Where are you located?

FN makes a very nice replica of that wheel called the FN FX Pro. Here is a discussion about them but I'd actually rate them higher than the stock TRD Pro rims because they are a bit wider and offset to help you run bigger tires if you so wish:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/fn-fx-pro-wheels.408321/page-19#post-12544197

FN is also a reputable wheel maker versus an eBay brand which is likely made in China and total shit.

Any dealer should be able to get you a price on the TRD rims if you want the real thing.

Kyle at Cochrane Toyota in Alberta can get you a price on either or.

I'd avoid the eBay knockoff shit. You don't know what you are buying and rims are very important. Poorly made Chinese knockoffs can fail and kill you and/or your truck.

I run the FN's on my truck. I bought them from Kyle.

You're right, the shipping charges would suck. You could always give the manufacturer a call and see if he deals with anyone local to you. I know he deals with at least one retailer in Alberta.

I'm from Vancouver so I just bought mine off the group buy. $700 usd shipped to a box office across the border and I went to pick it up. I had to pay tax though.

Maybe that's something you could look into?

get em shipped to CBIUSA.com in niagara falls and go pick them up. pay your 13% at the border (which you would have to pay if you bought wheels anyways) and buy originals.

OP is in Quebec... it's at least a 6 hour drive for him to get to that location. I'm willing to be there is an option much closer to him. These border storage places have been multiplying.

I like when people put their general location... easier to help them out. I'm sure you are correct on the closer location.:dancingbacon:

Good looking wheels. Make sure you get black matching lug nuts as well though.

I meant the eBay knockoffs. I'm not sure who you got yours through but there are plenty of perfectly legitimate TRD Pro rims on eBay, as well as plenty of Chinese fakes.

Bought mine off a guy from Kijiji here in Edmonton. Haven't put them on yet but I have no clue if they're the actual thing, FN or knock offs. He said they're good quality but I guess I'll have to see when it gets to -30 if they shatter from a slight tap...

No way at that price are they a good alloy. Check to see where they were cast. It should be on the box you receive. FN and SCS cast in Taiwan, knockoffs are usually from China. At the very least I would inspect the rims inside every rotation for stress cracks. Good luck.
