Hey guys, wondering if anyone watching this thread has experience mounting kayaks to a PrinSu cabrack. Ordered my rack a few weeks ago, havent received it yet, but trying to determine if I will need any additional hardware. Thanks!

Thanks man, did you just use ratchet-straps and strap to the cross-bars?

Ratchet straps and attach it to the eye-let things that he sends with them

Ah! Thanks man. Didnt realize eyelets come with the standard cab-rack order. Thought those had to be purchased additionally. Huge help, thanks again. Going on a fishing trip down to Amelia island, FL in January and trying to get prepared.

Flip mine upside down and strap down to crossbars or eyelets.

If your crafty you can modify some 1-1/8" aluminum round bar to fit in the rack.
This would allow you to run Yakima accessories.

He should re-supply all those 3 Gens that bought a rack and need that bar.
    How rigid is it?
My thinking with keeping the 2" wide in that location but tipped vertical is lots of strength for initial weight while sliding up something heavy or climbing up there.

How far off center is your tent sitting when using the Prinsu awning mounts?
