Wanted to Thank @yeos and a huge thanks to @rjbiii to responding to my messages.

Just wanted to update my thread to help someone out.

For starters I ordered The adapter posted in the thread.

    ADAPTER-------> https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HNAT6SQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1LGDXCZMXB2CW

This hooks directly into the OEM fog light connector. Then I simply spliced into the ARB fog light. I bought my used. So One side was all jacked up and the other side appeared to be "factory" By ARB.

For the LED blinkers this is what confused me but after writing @rjbiii things made sense.
*Driver side--- DTRL bulb there is a yellow wire and a white wire with a black line running through it. I cut about 3 inches below the bulb and got some red wire (3ft could of used less) and connected it to the yellow wire. I ran the red wire down to the ARB connector (white)
    * For the white wire with black line I cut some black wire (3ft could of used less and used a butt connector and connected the black wire to the white wire and ran the black wire I added (3ft) down to the ARB connector (white)

Passenger side---Behind the DTRL there is a Blue wire instead of yellow. Follow the same steps as above for drivers side.

This is where I got confused. ARB has black sleeve over their wire coming off of the LED blinker. What I did was cut off the white connector. So you will be looking at One Green, Red, and 2 Black wires.

Follow the wires to the LED blinker. So my blinker had the white LED at the ends. So you have a Red/Black wire for the WHITE LEDs and a Green and black for the AMBER LEDs. I connected the Red wire I cut (the 3FT) and the black wire (3FT) that your cut for the DTRL. Connect the Red wire( or which ever wire you chose to use) to the green wire and the black wire (or which ever wire you chose to use) to the black wire from the blinker.

I still have to get some wire loom to make things looks nice but its all done. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask. I know other people would also be more than happy to help.

Yeah that's the adapter I used for my 2011. As for the blinkers and parking lights I used quick splices to splice into the connectors on the back of the headlight. I can't remember off the top of my head which wires, but can check tomorrow.

18g is what the connector comes with. I just spliced it to the arb fog light wiring.

Hopefully your 2010 is wired up the same as my 2011, but here goes. The pigtails coming from each of the arb fogs have three wires (red, black, green). I used quick splices and tapped into the wires coming from back of the headlight. Basically unplug your corner parking light and turn signal light and tap into as follows. I did not check specifically which of the two connectors each wire is located, but there are only two connectors to splice into so it should be pretty self explanatory once you pull the plugs and undo the loom. I hope this helps.

    Driver side:
Red wire arb fog -> green wire headlight harness
Black wire arb fog -> white wire with black stripe headlight harness
Green wire arb fog -> yellow wire headlight harness

    Passenger side:
Red wire arb fog -> green wire headlight harness
Black wire arb fog -> white wire with black stripe headlight harness
Green wire arb fog -> light blue wire headlight harness

Thanks for the write up! Planning to do fogs and led blinker. The photos seem don't show up but wanted to see a visual if possible?

The directions for the fog light is to use the original fog button in the cab? I'm such a wiring noob so sorry for asking.
