    I used Monstaliner. I was thinking about spraying it, but was told rolling it gives it a little smoother finish, so I rolled it. The truck had a VA plate for the seven years I lived in VB, but back to a NY plate. She's still rust free though. Fresh paint, but no rust on the original frame.
