Nah, I like my stock one painted black fine. I'll probably only get an aftermarket if I get rear ended or something

Aight, got the rear of the lift on! I got adjustable shackles, put them to the 1.5" setting, hacked my tailpipe off, and got bilstein 5100s for the rear.

The front is about a quarter inch higher than the rear I think, but it looks dead level.

Haven't done anything recently, but I just upgraded to 285/75/16 duratracs. I've only driven about 5 miles since i had them put on today, and I got the expected loss in torque, it just drives like its a little heavier, but not really much of a loss in power. Rubs slightly behind the front fender when you turn hard, but I should be able to trim a little and take care of that

I also got keyed yesterday, presumably because of the tag I had in front with the former Georgia flag.. Pretty pissed about that. So I figured it'd be best to take it off for the time being.

My front tires were rubbin the back side of the fender there in turns, so I just cut about 2 inches of plastic off.. Pretty easy fix.

Well after driving it a bit it seems that when I hit a curb usually with one tire (like when turning) the suspension flexes the tire up and caused it to rub on the upper control arm. It is fine for daily driving, but I wouldn't want to wheel hard off road with that amount of rubbing. I thought about getting new upper control arms, but I'm not sure if that would actually fix the problem. So I just ordered BORA .75" spacers for all 4 wheels. I'm thinking 3/4 inch should be enough extra space to not worry about it rubbing the UCA's and small enough to not cause other rubbing issues when turning.

Whew! Finally got this baby in from relentless fab! It's a long wait on the order but it looks like it's going to be worth it. Dropped it off at a shop to be rhino-lined, hopefully I'll have it on the truck by the end of next week 748549755b573c0e327c10d8cb8bafb5_2460effa29c697040c8edb12751d1f879d626ef7.jpg

Aight, got the bumper rhino-lined and on the truck. Love the way it looks! It was pretty easy to put on and the relentless skid actually fits waay better than the stock one did. Here's some before and afters (and yes, I already learned not to use that center part as a snatch point) haha.

Ever thought about getting some smoke tinted black headlights to keep with the black theme? I think it would make a huge difference. Looks good right now tho anyways!
