Hey guys I have been trying to wire a circuit that has two switches that either one will turn on the lights either a pin switch or a rocker switch. Can anyone shed light why my rocker switch is constantly lit but the lights will not come on. Where is my hiccup?

Did you tie one wire of the bed lights to ground/chassis?
Did you wire the bed lights the correct polarity (positive side to battery side, negative side to ground/chassis)?
Your diagram only shows one switch. Where is the second switch connected?
How many leads does your switch have? If it only has two leads battery and ground/chassis should not both be connect to the switch.
