Anyone from the Southern Ontario or Ontario in general contemplating making a trek down?

Why not to go to an East one in October? It will cost $500 one way in gas only, assuming you are using RTT.
But I am not saying no to this idea, if things works out by end of March for me, I might join you for that drive, and then go down to Baja or up to MOAB/Vegas.:)
@0210 are you still thinking going to Baja?

Expo East would be way easier, just that its over thanksgiving weekend. Already have camping plans for that weekend every year.

Yessir, but my dates have changed a bit since the last time I posted here about those plans (I think). This March I have four weeks off and am doing Utah/Moab/DeathValley/4Corners area. The coming October/November I have eight weeks off, and that's when I'll be doing Baja. Sounds like Overland Expo West is in May, so I don't think that'll line up w/ my time off.

I see, well keep us updated on it, I might join.

Damn, that's a lot of driving. Well good luck with all of that and post some pictures from the trips! :)

Driving the pro back to LA in a week or so. Trying to do it in 5days should be ok as long as the weather doesn't get too crazy.
