unknown shift knob

    had a customer come in on Friday, had a really nice 4DR with all kinds of well done upgrades including lights and suspension , thing is it had a TRD shift knob I had never seen and cant find, black plastic, auto, and a cog like pattern at the top

    yep, just as soon as it drove out the drive I was kicking my self for not taking pics, even the parts guys didn't know where it came from, he even had a flip out hard key with a TRD logo

    this was plastic, at least it looked like plastic, and a round TRD emblem on the top, and a cog like top pattern

    Its ether another ebay knockoff, or off another toyota car. The scion lineup comes to mind. I'd check out the tc, xb and the late frs lineup for the trd goods. They had trd parts and have a pretty decent aftermarket following.
