    Hello all,

Newbie here (already introduced myself over on the newcomer forum).

I've seen lots of good info here as a recent lurker, but so far, haven't found anything on what speed bleeders fit the gen3 tacos. I did some research and felt like I would go ahead and order the SB7100-SS M7x1.0 for the fronts and the SB1010-SS M10x1.0 for the rears.

Turns out they fit very well. I can't say if the gen3 off-road models or the base model SR have the same calipers/wheel cylinders, but they fit my SR5 4x4 great and work just fine.

Attached is a photo of the stock bleeders for comparison with the dimensions of the speed bleeders shown on their website. Dimensionally, the speed bleeders I ordered are very close to the stock ones.

I've used speed bleeders for years on my vehicles. The only caution is that when threading them in for the first time, the sealant creates a lot of drag and makes it hard to feel the seated torque. I found that backing the speed bleeder off one half turn every turn or two clears the excess sealant and helps you feel when the bleeder hits the seat. Also, because stainless steel is not as strong as the steel used in the stock bleeders, I just tighten the speed bleeder enough to get a good seal, but not as tight as the factory steel ones. I've never broken (knock on wood) one yet or had them leak. They make fluid flushes or bleeding a snap.
