Headlight question.

Hello. New Tacoma owner here. Is it possible to have the head / driving lights stay on when you use the unlock button on the remote? Thanks!

 

Begining on Page 592 of the owners manual it lists customizelable features. If you are saying when you press the unlock button you want the lights to remain on, I didn't see that as an option, but I didn't read every item either.

 

Not exactly sure what you are asking here. You want the Headlights to come on when you unlock the truck?? If you're asking can they "stay" on, why would they already be on if you are just unlocking the truck?

You can adjust the delay time for the lights to go off after you leave the truck and leave the switch on.

When I unlock the Tacoma,the head lights flash,and the interior / cargo lights stay on. long enough to get in and get things going. Other trucks I've owned in the past could be programmed to have the head lights stay on when unlocked with the remote. Just couldn't find anything in the manual regarding it.

Not a huge deal. Just curious if it was a possibility.
