I am in the market for some new cv boots and I was considering replacing the axles while I was down there. I was wondering if anyone out there markets replacement cv axles with high angle boots already installed on them?

You don't want replacement axles. You want rebuilt factory axles with the high angle boots installed. After market axles are not as strong as Toyota axles.

CVJ will hook you up. I've used them myself. It's not very hard to swap the boots yourself though. Axles are expensive if you don't really need to replace them.

Take care of those Toyota axles, don't replace with aftermarket unless you absolutely HAVE to. On my 3rd gen 4 runner I rebooted both axles with OEM inner boots and did what's called a boot slide mod. Don't know if you can do that with our Taco's.
