Any help? Is there a reasonable programer I can buy to use in the future? changed my gears (4.56) and added air lockers (ARB) and now my 4 wheel drive light is flashing.

Changing gears and adding lockers doesn't have anything to do with the transfer case. Did you mess with you transfer case for some reason?

Have you tried engaging and disengaging 4wd to see if it turns on and off properly? Flashing indicates the transfer case is trying to do either but cannot, or hasn't completed the shift yet.

You might want to check to verify 4wd is engaging, if it is you may have a switch/sensor/electrical issue

You're doing something wrong, or whoever did your gears and locker fucked something else up.

Do you know how to correctly engage 4wd?

My gear installer said that you have to be careful with the front third on reassmebly, and if it isn't done properly the passenger disconnect might not function properly. I'd lift the tires of the ground and see if the front is engaging.
