compressing eibach coils

    has anyone on here assembled eibach coils/ 5100bilsteins with one of the rent a compresser from their local auto parts stores?

    Yes. Totally doable. Recommend 1/2" drive sockets to turn the spring compressors (air tools are even better). Take your time and do a little bit on each side and work your way methodically. Compress a little more than you think.

    Also one more question when I put the spring on the shock the nut isn't in the center is this sumthing I should be worried about?

    Once you get the top plate back on, it will pull everything into alignment.
