50 deg and partly cloudy right now , by this evening we'll start seeing heavy rain with flash flood warnings and snow level under 3500ft . Also the winds will pick up making for a cold next few days

70s followed by 20 degree temps here in the next couple of days. My mother would call this pneumonia weather.

The fronts are coming through. Blasts of snow and cooler temps. Going to be a hum dinger tonight.

 

well we got a few more inches of snow last night and that's good. The ground need the insulation before it gets really cold. I don't want to do the frozen pipe thing

 

taking all the cold weather gear to work tonight. I know I'll be on the roof for something always happens. brrrrr

Just got this weather warning on my phone , so not only will we have 2" per hr rainfall , snow level to under 3k ft we now have strong North to NNE winds 20-40 sustained and 75mph gusts

Mike , here's the unveiling of the new Murder Nova. Still running a steel roof but now 600 plus lbs lighter . Also running a all new 482 billet aluminum small block making about the same hp as his old cast iron bbc he was running

This new car should easily stay on top of the list !!

We have plenty of snow for insulation this year sounds like you do too now. Did back in 2013-2014 also and the frost line hit 8.5 feet deep most pipes here are at 6'. Kept a couple of faucets running with a thin steam of water for a couple of months. Wasn't too worried about the water pipes but scared to death my septic or drain field was going to freeze up. That would be a rough one.

Oh what a feeling... Sorry couldn't resist, but for me some truth to it. Yeah troubleshooting can be a PITA, done this a bunch of times, damn people when will they learn, etc. But at least for me when it is all said and done have a little bit of satisfaction when I fix the issue. And beats being a manager and sitting in meetings all day. And dealing with people and their problems all day, now that job would really suck! For me.

Wait until this coming Febuary after Sean gets some seat time in Murder Nova 2.0 , that is going to be a bad a** car . I bet he has it running 3.9x's in the 1/8th over 200mph at Ducks race @ SGMP

 

Okay here's the hood , my buddy is fighting cooler than normal temps . This is why you see the outdoor temp gauge , needs to be 80 deg minimum before he can lay down the paint

Decided I needed this since all I've been around is carbed motors and new to computer control cars

This is a nice scan tool that also reads live time data and freeze frame mode , emissions and abs

 

So I just went out and put the Chargers on the vehicles.
Got some hot water and freed up the gen box from the ground.
Propped it up.
Wind chills around 30 below by am.
About 10 below temp.

Going to be making ice on the lake tomorrow for sure..
