I bought dual pods to replace my factory fog lights.. I also bout connecters to connect to my factory fog light connecter so I wouldn't have to cut anything.. I wired them red-red and black-black and I get no light at all.. before I installed them I checked them directly to my battery and they lit up

Reverse the polarity, LED's only like it a certain way & Toyota is known to make circuits with switched grounds which is the opposite of most others. If this doesn't do it then I'd hook up a test light or the old fogs to make sure the plugs still work, could've popped a fuse in the process.

I think I popped the fuse cause I hooked my factory ones back up and they didn't work.. does anyone know what size fuse it is and where is it located ?

Pulled the fuses out and it definitely looks blown.. is it okay to put the same 15 amp fuse back or get a bigger size ?

LED's draw a fraction of the OEM lights, 15 is fine & lets you add more lights to the circuit if you ever wanted to.
