fog lights on a 1st gen

2001 Toyota Tacoma 4 door 4x4

3" ToyTec lift, ProComp shocks, 33" KO2's Helo wheels, Aries bull bar, LED tail lights, 10K HID Kit, double 5% tint all around 35% on windshield., Axle Dump, Complete sound system, 2 12" MTX Terminators with planet audio 4000 watt amp.

Ive noticed a few people have been switching the (top) running light/parking light harness and moving it to the (bottom) to the turn signal harness on a first gen taco. Basically convertering it to where you have fog lights. I was curious to what all was needed? If I needed to extend the wires or what? Thanks in advance
