I'm going to put a resistor on the end where it plugged into the locker and see if that does the trick.

Know of anyone else with a locker similar to yours? Maybe have them do a resistance check and compare them.

Looks really good. What size are the new shoes? Did you go with the overload or leave it out?

My Icon UCA are tight also, I had mine aligned at Firestone. They set the castor at only 2.3 left and 2.4 right. The guy said he can get more but recommended i drive it this way for a while. I purchase the lifetime alignment plan. It's still tight but drives good. My 265/75/16 tires are rubbing more then before the lift. In a week or so I plan to adjust the height were i want it and go back and ask him to set the castor at 2.8. I recall some one saying that Firestone in Renton does a get job getting things set. after lift.jpg

I ran the same size tire on my taco, and it never rubbed at stock height or on OME 3". I did not ever swap out UCAs though. Still shouldn't rub I would think.

    Shit on a black truck.
Where is it rubbing? I'm running 285/70/17s so I pulled the mud flaps on the front and had to do some trimming but very minor maybe 2" off the rear fender panel. Also remove the short flap that stuck down in the front. Haven't rubbed since but may rub the body mount full crank.

    Are floor mats a mod?
Alignment with + 2.5 degrees caster will fix you right up. Make sure they put the caster in, not the stock number. 3 degrees
No longer has bar mounts on LT arms, I think. Just on the frame.
What about modding one from a rubicon? Then could have electronic disconnect! Hmmm....
I haven't had a bar on my truck for about 2 years, and with 700+# springs, it drives about like it did with the bar. I have made a couple 65 mph emergency evasive maneuvers and it just leans over, hits the stops, settles, and not much drama. I think the extra droop helps heep things planted.

hard to say, depends on the conditions and if anyone is getting stuck. Or if we run into other vehicles that are stuck and need help. I think if you want to leave early we'll have tracks going back down the hill so you can get back with no issues. You'd need an air compressor if go you back early. We'll want the tires below 10 psi and preferably 5 psi.

Last time we went up it was a half day but the trails were rather short.

285/70/17 33's and left the overload out. Left the fronts preload where it was at when I got them and am slightly higher in the back by looks. Haven't measured yet.
