XM Radio Free 2 Month Trial

Been using this since my first trial ran out. Mine no longer works no matter what.

 

Curious what the best recent deal that has been offered to someone after expiration?

I've gotten a 5 months for 20 offer, then the next one was 6 months for 30 and just got another 5 months for 20

Thinking about reinstating it for the 5 months, but not sure how low the offers will get holding out longer. $4 a month isn't bad and about the most I will pay for how little I listen to it, but someone earlier in the thread mentioned $.99 a month. Is that a pipedream or something that they offered long ago and no longer do?

 

The idea of XM radio defiantly intrigued me when I bought the truck. After a month of owning it I will not be renewing the contract unless they can do something about the reception.


Currently if I do not have a direct line of sight to the sky (in a parkade, under a tree, in a shadow of a building, etc.) I lose all reception, in parkade sure I understand but seriously driving under some branches of a tree!! Spoke to the rep at XM and they said people in my area were complaining of lack of reception, and in their own words "didn't want to offend me if I was happy with the service and if I would like to renew".

 

Patrol truck just got the two month subscription.

 

Just did it. Saying it connected. Haven't checked yet.

and the bastards got all my info first.

 

It took mine about 12-15 hours to activate. I thought it failed as well but was working the next afternoon when I went on lunch at work.

You tried switching the name and address? I switched the phone number too and it worked fine for me. That's weird

 

I will have to play around with it. This was the first time I have tried it so all the info was new.

 

Mine was the first time as well but I figured they had my real info on file since they were mailing me letters. So I just replaced the majority of the information.

Old thread. But mine initially quit. Tried tonight and it works yet again.
