    Anyone have experience with these? I'm looking to replace my chrome side steps and I've never seen these before. If you have them on your truck could you please post a pic.

    Do yourself one better and get some bolt on sliders if you don't want to weld on. Those are wannabe sliders with an underhand it looks like that will sit lower than your frame

    As for me, I think I'm going to go with sliders cuz I want to use them as jacking points for my highlift so I dont have to use or carry their stupid bottle jack.

    WARRANTY VOIDED
    If all you'll do with these is replace your existing running boards/nerf bars, then you'll be fine with the Tyger side steps.

    N-fab makes some decent nerfbar/steps too.

    Thanks guys...I'm just looking to use them to get into and out of the truck. I don't need sliders but I don't really like the chrome nerfs I have on the truck. These are just an option, I'm also looking at a set by ICI/Magnum

    Oh, for a purely cosmetic mod then yes, you're right. Wouldn't pay a dime for those if my tires left the pavement, ever.

    Off pavement is limited to farm (mud) and gravel roads, no serious off roading. I'm really looking for something to replace the chrome running boards that are on my truck. My wife and grandkids use the steps to get in and out of the truck. This is just one option I'm looking at.

    885 OME lift with dakars. CRL fog lights
    Just bought the tyger steps a week ago and love them. Super easy to install took about 30mins by myself. I only bought them to use as steps, everyone who gets in my passenger side complained after I installed the lift.

    I have a different style step made by tyger. Installed in november - holding up good so far. They are used as steps certainly not sliders :) they look good tho

    I helpee installed these on my buddies doublecab. They seem to be solid and well built. It took us about 10 minutes to install them (3 of us) and everything bolted right up.

    I say go for them if you don't need the protection of sliders.

    Edit: just noticed OP was a few months ago.
