wheels are not hub centric. but the hub centric ring is recommended so the lugs/bolts aren't taking the full brunt of any vertical force. @Battyboy3 honestly I'm not too sure how you know what size, I've honestly just been doing some research on google haha I would try talking to a local shop who specialize in aftermarket rims or do a little googling

    here:

The size of the centric rim depends on two things: the center bore of the rim and the outer diameter of the car's wheel hub. For example, if the diameter of the wheel hub is 72.6 mm, and the wheel center bore is 74.1 mm, a centric ring with a diameter of 1.5 mm is needed in-between, so the right size is 74.1 - 72.6 mm.

    3" lift with rims
So I should measure the vote of the spacer correct since I'm gonna put the ring on that

yeah, measure the hub centric lip on the spacer and the bore on the rim. I cant guarantee that's what the issue is but you should still have a ring in there. without the ring then the bolts on the spacer are taking any vertical impact when u hit bumps and what not and could lead to damaging them. with the ring in there, the ring/lip will take the impact which is what its designed for. the lug are designed to withstand horizontal pull like cornering and such.
