Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
After 2 years of having knocking sounds in the cab when it's cold, I think it's finally fixed. I videoed the noise with my phone, put it on a Zip drive, and gave it to the dealer. I said I didn't want the truck back till it was figured out. I told them based on my ears and my research, I needed new cab mounts.

Today they said it took them 3 days to figure it out. Many ride alongs with the service manager, many theories later, blaming the trailer hitch, blaming things in storage under the back seat, and driving over various times of bumps at different temperatures, they realized that I was right ...... bad cab mounts!

Once removed, they said that they looked many years old and worn even though my truck is a '14 with only 17,000 miles. They replaced both left and right rear cab mounts and so far it's nice and quite. The service tech said that they have never run across this and that my research was far better than anything coming from their tech support avenues.

I picked up my truck and they detailed it inside and out, that was a real nice surprise! Now if only Toyota would do something about my howling rear diff, I'd be 100%.

I think support departments write off "user forums" as unreliable information, saying that it's all hearsay, because they know if they were to crack open their products and do what's suggested, they'd have a lot more work to do.

Apple support will shut down any suggestions of referencing their own "community" forums.
