I hit a curb and now my alignment is off. My steering wheel is literally side ways. I'm scared I did more damage than I think. Please help, any advice or suggestions are welcomed. I'm just trying to find out what happend. I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma.

Have you crawled under to look at the suspension and make sure everything looks okay? Maybe take a pic from the same angle of both sides and post it up here so we can take a look. A guy did something similar recently I remember and posted on here, the pics showed that he bent his spindle pretty bad if I remember correctly.

How big was the curb and how fast were you going?

Uhhh, yeah...how fast were you going and how big was the curb? If the steering wheel is a full 1/4 turn from normal, then something is probably bent or broken. Tie rod end, knuckle, control arm, etc. I would crawl under and take some pictures of the front suspension/steering and post them. I would also avoid driving until you get it figured out...

yeah if your steering wheel is 'literally turned sideways' then something is definitely bent or broken

    Reserected from the dead.
You have a bent tie rod or control arm. They are parts that are supposed to bend before real damage starts to occur. An alignment shop will be able to tell you very easily what needs to be done.

Not trying to hype this up....but you said it's not the end of the world. And that's true. It can be fixed. However, hopefully you aren't driving the vehicle with it like that. You could potentially kill yourself or someone else. Do not drive your truck (not sure how you could) till you get that fixed.

No yeah you're totally right, I had a friend tow my truck. Don't worry, there's still smart cautious people out here
