I don't have any heat out of the floor vents on my 07 Tacoma. The dash vents and defrost put out plenty of hot air. The blower is running when the control is on floor vent but, I can't feel any hot air coming out.

I'm going to try replacing the heater fan filter tomorrow and see if that helps.

    Does anybody have any ideas?

Sounds like the blend door motor is not working and stuck in the dash vent/defroster position?

OK, Thanks. If the blend door is stuck, would I still be able to switch the heat from floor to dash to the defrost without getting any heat from the floor when it is set on floor?

When I do the switch from dash to defrost, the heat output changes from dash to defrost. I thought that the blend door was to change from AC to heat. I could be wrong and, at 64; I usually am!

I haven't had to do any work on my 07 with 11200 miles on it outside of regular upkeep. I work in the maintenance department at a local factory so; I might be able to R&R the blend door.

Is the blend door motor easy to get to or: will it take 2-4-6 hours to do the R&R?

    Again: thanks for any replies!

The blend door motor/actuator changes where the air it directed. When it fails, it may fail completely to where it does not change at all, or partial, where it will only direct the air to certain areas. And sometimes, it will start working again as if nothing ever happened. It is not hard to get to and not too expensive. Sure you could test it's operation with it out of the truck.
